Hi!
This week has been really good all things considered!
Tuesday: we had zone conference! We talked about a lot of different things, including about "numbers". A lot of people have decided that anytime anyone talks about "numbers" that they're dehumanizing the work. It's really annoying and quite frankly they're acting like kids, but Ocampo set them STRAIGHT during the conference. He said that the first presidency has set things this way for a reason, and that we need to make sure we're setting goals and doing our best to measure how and what we're doing.

Dont remember what happened wednesday I'll keep it real with yall.

Thursday was Thanksgiving!!! We had a ton of meal appointments with Members, and it was a ton of fun. I had the best sweet potatoes I have EVER had. I ate until I almost threw up hahaha
It was an interesting experience spending all day with other people's families instead of my own, but the work needs to be done and sometimes sacrifices need to be made.
I hope everyone was able to recognize how thankful they should be for their families while they are still together.

Friday we had another exchange, not a ton of success to be honest. A lot of people who just were NOT down.

But the weekend was good!
I felt like one of our progressing investigators just did not understand how she could not be in her church AND our church at the same time. She kept saying that she was worried about what would happen if she ended up going and liking our church.
So I told her, "You have to pray about whether or not this is true. Everything we've taught. Its either true or it's not and the only person who can tell you that is God."
Well, she stops me right there and she says, "Regi, I already know it's TRUE."
She goes, "I prayed about it and I kept getting dreams, and what would happen is someone kept telling me that the church is true and that I HAVE to go to your church."
Needless to say, cannegieter's and my jaws dropped basically and we were like, "WHY HAVE YOU NOT TOLD US THIS EARLIER. THE OTHER SIDE OF THE VEIL IS LITERALLY TRYING TO HELP YOU."
It was so comforting to know that her prayers have already been answered.

This week we met a lot of really cool people, all with crazy and cool life stories, but we're just trying to best to be able to teach everyone. It's getting kind of difficult!
