Well.
Hello.

This week was good!
We:
A: Made more brownies (no, I dont have an addiction I just like brownies okay? And nO I HAVENT GAINED WEIGHT I JUST SOMETIMES HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF A PANZITA IF I EAT TOO MUCH) The brownies have been good :)
B: Went on an exchange this week!!! I went up to the Zone Leaders area and spent the day with Elder Faupula. It was SO good. I honestly learned so much. Hes a great missionary, and I think I learned quite a bit from him in just that short time. When I came back, Elder Christie even said that he felt that I had changed! So I guess I'm on the road to improvement everyone
C: Went out and knocked a LOT. A lot of our progressing people have become really, really busy now that school is starting up. Some of them are genuinely still interested though, so its not too bad for them. However, others are just not really ready right now. One of the guys we're teaching right now JUST had his first son! It was exciting to see him.
D: okay I need to tell this story out of the model I had before but basically we have a ton of spiders always in our apartment. (Yes its horrifying, no I havent cried yet) Anyways, they're always just big spiders that we kill or whatever and after that it's fine.
But
Yesterday
In my bathroom
There was a massive spider
And it
Was
Perganat (pregnant)
And
I
Squished it.
There are baby spiders hiding all over my bathroom and honestly I'm just, I'm done.
I cant.

E or whatever: Anyways the title of this email is related to a story of how at a door contact, we began talking to this man. After talking for a bit, I testified to him of the importance of truth of the Book of Mormon. I testified how it would help him to learn about God, and I gave him a copy, telling him to "do with it whatever you will".
He asked if I had my bible with me, and i replied that i had it on my phone.
He said a phone wasnt good enough so he walked inside for a moment, and came out with a very well used and well marked Bible. He gave it to me.
He began to quote scripture, but he didn't remember where it was. I had the scripture memorized and I went to it and read it with him, and then continued to testify of the Book Of Mormon's importance.
Christie said he was really impressed with me, and i had a lot of fun, even though the man said that he wasnt interested, although he wanted me to keep the Bible, as a gift.

Go and read some scriptures this week, I know itll help you guys out.

Sinton Sunset Hi everyone! This week was CRAZY! Tuesday. We had transfers! I'm staying (woot) with Elder De Leon here in Sinton! That day our car battery also died in the morning so we had to go down to Corpus Christi to get a new battery. It took a ton of time but it was pretty funny. We ended the night with the family home evening we always have, and we decided to have everyone watch Joseph Smith, the Prophet of the Restoration. It's an awesome movie! I think it's interesting when people say we "worship" Joseph Smith. Do they "worship" Saint Paul? Saint Peter? No, no one worships a prophet. Haircuts are cool except they're not- Week 12 (5/27/19)

I'm writing this right after I've gotten a haircut, and it feels like there are bugs all over me (because of the hairs) and it's making me mistype so much haha! I hope it's just hair!! :))))))) (Sooooo sick of the bugs here haha) But hello everyone! I'll keep this one short, this week something happened to my email and it wont show me the emails I got past a certain time this week, so I'll have to respond to everyone personally next week, sorry!!! But yes what to say, We set two new baptismal dates this week, so hopefully the two people (Junior and Ana) will actually keep their commitments and wont fizzle out!!! We're praying for them, and they're both really really cool people. They've been really interested in the things we've been teaching, which is always nice. I'm always happy when I can teach a lesson, I just love the way it makes sense to people who have felt lost in their religion or who just have questions that they cant fin...

Lehi’s Dream, by Steven Lloyd Neal Hi all! Short email this week. I had my first family home evening up here in Sinton! We had like triple the attendance of our usual sacrament meetings which blew my mind. We also played family feud with a member family after we had dinner, that was a blast. Am I intelligent? I like to think so. But when the question is, "name a precious gem or stone." and i blurt out, "Garnet." even I must doubt my own ability at least a little bit. We set ANOTHER BD this week, although we had to move the one from last week back. :( The good news is that we should have 2 baptisms this Saturday. Also, we finally committed one of the boys here to serve! We got him to set a date, text the bishop, and everything. It felt really nice. Not too much else. We had some funny moments, some tiring ones, everything in between! I've decided to read the entire book of Mormon at least once every month this year. We'll see how I do. So f...
